After a very difficult experience with apartment living and management previously, we were honestly hesitant to move into another apartment. However, after meeting Alex and touring with Alyssa, we felt confident in our decision. Both of them were incredibly kind, attentive, and took their time addressing our questions and concerns. That initial experience truly set the tone.
The apartments themselves are beautiful and very well maintained. You can tell the property is cared for with pride. I especially love the open kitchen layout and the high ceilings, it really makes the space feel bright and welcoming.
One of the first things we noticed on our very first night was how quiet it is here. We sleep well, can sleep in when we want, and have never had any issues with noisy neighbors.
What really stands out most, though, is the management and staff. Before we officially moved in, we had to park our U-Haul on the property for a few days. Alex noticed something wasn't right, checked on it, reviewed the cameras, and immediately made sure our belongings were protected. He then helped us move both the truck and my car into a gated area until move-in. That level of awareness and care meant a lot to us during an already stressful time.
Shortly after moving in, I had to undergo surgery. The team remembered, asked how I was doing, and genuinely checked in every time my husband stopped by the office. When I came in myself for the first time afterward, they were so kind and caring, it truly made us feel seen and supported.
We couldn't be happier here. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and the management team goes above and beyond. We're so grateful to call this place home.

I love my home and this is a great place. The maintenance staff is amazing. Anytime I call they take care of me immediately. I love it here

BUT I ALSO WANT TO THANK THE MAINTENANCE STAFF, THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GREAT AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. IF I STILL WAS WORKING FOR CHEVRON MAINTENANCE DEPT. AND THE CAME TO ME FOR A JOB, WITH WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THEM I DEFINITELY WOULD HIRE THEM, ALWAYS GOOD WORK

|Recommended: YesCould be a lot worse — Overall, the place is nice and the staff is great. Management is chill and responsive. Maintenance is on point. Amenities are nice.
The only thing I really have an issue with is some of the construction items seem to be of lower quality. I have had my toilet plug twice so bad that I couldn't plunge it and I have had a leak under the sink.
I would recommend.
