|Recommended: YesBetter than most apartments — I've lived here a year. The apartments are wonderful. Parking spots are very narrow and should be fixed. There should also be more spots added. The main problem I find is you can hear the upstairs neighbors. I think my neighbors are just extremely bad. But overall the complex is nice and have a wonderful staff I just renewed my lease and I'm so excited.

Cons hear footsteps and noise
from the stairs and top floor apartments.

|Recommended: YesThe property is very secure, well maintained. — I would let them know that the property is well maintained, you have a sense of security. Neighbors are respectful to each other in regards to parking spaces and keeping the grounds clean.
|Recommended: YesReview — There should be at least one guest parking spot per apartment, there just isn't nearly enough guest parking and I have had to have friends park completely away from the community to have somewhere to park
|Recommended: YesParking spaces are too close together. — There seems to be plenty of parking but the spots are so small that compact cars are packed in there so tightly that you can hardly open your door. I am thankful for a carport but it is horrible for guests to park or if you need to park in guest parking for any reason. PLEASE MAKE SPOTS A BIT WIDER.
|Recommended: YesBetter than most but the parking is terrible — I like everything about this place except for the parking availability. Your neighbors for the most part are respectful and quiet and they keep the grounds and pool hot tub clean and looking nice. The one and only complaint is the parking. If you get off work after 4-5pm and get home around 6-7pm or later good luck finding a parking spot near your actual apartment. Sometimes you will get lucky with a parking spot but most of the time you have to park clear across the complex. Other than that though, great apartments, great community, and great staff.
|Recommended: YesExcellent apartments — I've never thought I would be able to live in an apartment. This is one apartment I am happy to live in. Excellent apartment, landscaping and grounds well taken care of, dog park, garbage picked up at your door, beautiful club house. All around great place to live. My only problem would be having to park outside the gate sometimes but still not the end of the world. Thanks for creating a great place to live.
