|Recommended: YesGood place to live overall — We enjoy living here. Our apartment was brand new, clean, and spacious. We only hear our neighbors when they slam their doors. We have not had any maintenance issues. The fixtures are nice looking, but installation appears to have been subpar and damage was done to some areas of the apartment. Parking is better than other apartments in the area, but it can still fill up fast. The water pressure is very bad. Trash pickup at the door is great

|Recommended: YesBest Decision Ever — My boyfriend and I moved into this complex in late March and we have been above and beyond satisfied with the decision to move into this community. The lovely people that run the leasing office are exceptional at their jobs and create a welcoming and friendly community environment. There is always a parking spot available because of how many open parking there is throughout the community. We rarely ever hear our neighbors as sound is completely cancelled out. We live in the building that is parallel to the main road and we never hear cars when we are inside, only the occasional siren if its going down the road. And there are beautiful evergreen trees to look at in the F building from our porch and it is fantastic. The trees not only block the cars from view, but it acts as almost a noise canceler as you can barley hear the cars when you're outside. And in the evening time we sit outside and watch the sunset peaking through the trees and its one of the most peaceful and beautiful things I've seen, ever
If you are considering making Highland Crossing your home I strongly encourage you to. This was one of the greatest decisions we've ever made and we look forward to seeing what this chapter in our lives holds.
|Recommended: YesSuch a nice place to call home. — It's so quiet on the non construction days. Sit on you're back patio and just enjoy yourself. The apartments are very insulated.
|Recommended: YesGreat Living Experience — I have really enjoyed my time here I love the modern style and amenities. I have had no sound noise issues and that is such a plus coming from my last places I rented. The grounds are kept super well and the office team are great My main concern is the parking situation, the spots are the smallest spots I've ever seen.
But that is something I've worked with and is worth the hassle for the great place to live
