The staff at the front desk are personable and professional. If there is a problem or question they get back pretty quickly to fix the problem or answer a question
The Maintenance staff do a good job with the upkeep around the apartment and fix problems in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesGreat community but the parking is stressful. — The apartments themselves are great, however you can hear neighbors above you too much and the parking is difficult if you have more than one vehicle per apartment.

We are currently trying to come up with a solution to better our parking structure, and hope that all residents will see and experience the improvement. |Recommended: YesPleasantly Surprised — I feel like the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Maintenance crew and staff are great. Open and friendly place to live. Neighbors are decently quiet and any issues that come up the management team handles it swiftly. I’m surprised at how great this place is.

|Recommended: YesClean and Quiet — We only officially moved in a couple weeks ago, but everything has been great. The office staff was very helpful as we planned our move from out-of-state. Our welcome bag even had fruit snacks and Play-Do for our kids nice touch . Our apartment was very clean, very spacious, and the area overall has been quiet. We are very happy with the choice we made

|Recommended: YesNice people in a nice place, but a lil cramped. — Overall really nice place, Just could use some more parking for people who live there and im talking the uncovered spots, nothing special.
I know how frustrating not being able to find a parking spot can be, but please know that we are working diligently on improving our current parking structure, please bear with us. We did wish they had better parking and a playground close by. Loved the monthly community events as well, such an extra special treat Overall a great place to stay

|Recommended: YesAlmost 2 Years Loving It Here — As someone simply intent upon having a stacked washer and dryer, I'm surprised to learn that a high ceiling over an open front room with a large island kitchen countertop and plenty of natural light can do wonders for mood, and can actually broaden one's positive focus. Even throughout 2020 I've been continually impressed by how well this complex was planned, and the style with which it's managed. It took me some to realize that my neighbors also can't hear me, so I may have tiptoed longer than I have in the past, but the place was indeed built as advertised. We're a community online as well so any concerns that do get raised are actually addressed, and there's prompt online notification of anything with high priority. I think it's remarkable, obviously, but it also seems like the balanced mix of respect, empathy, and accountability demonstrated from the start by staff at Highland Crossing is just part of their community minded professionalism.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live Nice Apartments but not the best parking — We love living here and really like the staff, they are kind and helpful whenever we have needed something We have loved being able to book the gym during COVID and safely use it by ourselves. We love the layout of our apartment and finishes The only thing we would change is the parking situation, it's hard to find parking near our building often and is super difficult to invite anyone over because there are no spots for guests to park. We love hosting people for dinner outside of COVID and have family in the area, but it's been very difficult for our family to come over because of the parking situation.
