No complaints Very friendly and welcoming neighborhood More than expected in an apartment community. I’ve been in new apartment and this is my favorite place The staff especially no one compares to them Always doing their best to meet our needs Highly recommend this place. It’s quiet during curfew hours as it should be I have 4 stars on neighbors because some aren’t so kind. But you can’t blame the staff or the community for that

They recently added resident spots guest spots but there seems to not be enough of both. Expect to walk a bit, or have to park outside of the gates if you are a guest, or a resident with no open spots. Otherwise, this apartment is great.

Overall, I am very pleased with the complex, condition of the apartment, the professional and very helpful staff, and the way maintenance has responded so quickly to problems. The only issue I have is that I am still waiting for a Resident parking tag. While my wife is able to park in our designated covered spot, there are so few unassigned parking spots for those of us who have not yet been given a Resident parking tag for a 2nd car. I really do not like parking out in the street, especially with people hot-rodding and coming close to my vehicle in the street.

Apartments are contemporary and have high-end finishes such as quality laminate flooring, quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, as well as high-tech electric fireplaces. Heating cooling units are efficient and effective. Trash pickup service is extremely convenient. Staff and neighbors are all friendly and respectful. Pool and gym are great. Only downside, one which the majority of apartment complexes face, is parking. I would absolutely recommend Highland Crossing to anyone looking for an affordable place to live in a great location.
submitted by Carlene R. - |Recommended: YesParking — Tenants should not put any notices on other tenants vehicles. Tenants should not touch other tenants vehicles at all. Tenants who have issues with other tenants who are parked inappropriately must address leasing office and not taking upon themselves to threaten other tenants that they will tow. Tenants should not be given rights to call a tow truck, YOU as the managing office have that right. This issue must be addressed. I will be looking for an email about this issue. Thank you
submitted by Devon H. - |Recommended: YesParking issues — Highland crossing is a nice and inviting place to live, but good luck finding a parking space after 11 p.m. and hope that everyone else parked perfect in the slightly too small parking spaces.

The parking situations leaves something greatly to be desired. There is both not enough parking for the whole complex, and not big enough spaces for every type of car. I drive an SUV, and I work nights, so sometimes I will be circling the whole complex for quite some time before I'm able to find a spot, and it's one that I barely fit in. Otherwise, I find Highland Crossing apartments to be such a blessing. The community is warm and the neighbors are lovely I would absolutely recommend living here to people.

My apartment is wonderful and feels more like a home than an apartment. The entire staff here are so accommodating and make you feel like your comfort is their priority. I really like all my neighbors, and the security here makes me feel safe. Very glad I made the choice

submitted by Tara M. - |Recommended: YesGreat community, Excellent Staff — We moved in to Highland Crossing on February 1st, every step along the way and since moving in has been a breeze, the staff are exceptional Cameron is our personal favorite, but all are very helpful and kind , always available and respond promptly. I haven't met a neighbor that isn't friendly. We love living here. You can hear the people above you in regards to footsteps, but honestly, that's part of apartment living and you can't blame your neighbor for living life, it's not terrible and not all the time. We can't hear our neighbors next door at all, very quiet living community, we are pleased with our choice to move to Highland Crossing. We highly recommend this community. Side Note As for our lower rating on parking that is a recent thing, the parking for Residents has greatly improved, I just wish there were more spots for guests, but there is always the clubhouse parking, as well as street parking if you have visitors, so technically, it's not really an issue.

Clubhouse, Pool, hot tub and gym are great Staff is awesome Take it with a grain of salt--this is coming from a guy that hasn't rented an apartment for over 20 years
