|Recommended: YesOverall good place to live — The construction of these apartments is almost laughable. I can hear my neighbors sneeze, pee, and run their vacuum and other appliances.
Management is always friendly and helpful, I like the club house amenities, and I appreciate the modern look of the apartments.
I feel safe coming home from work late, I see security come through and I rarely see people loitering outside the gates unless they're smoking. I like that the property is smoke free as well.

|Recommended: YesOne Month Living Here — The properties themselves are very clean and updated. I'm not too crazy about the electric stove or the amount I can hear neighbors above me as well as outside. Overall, I am happy with the establishment and services other than maintenance which has yet to reply to a work order request issued about a month ago upon move in.
Property management can be challenging especially during these times! We would love to assist you in any way that we can. At the moment we have been unable to enter homes due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please contact our office for immediate assistance. Thank you so much for the positive comments. |Recommended: YesFeedback — Lovely staff and gardening. Feel as though the apts were built slopply and with cheap material. Paint startrd chipping and walls cracking just being here after a mth. Doors arent even and some have boarders while others dont. Bad insulation. Can feel the cold air coming through the windows.

|Recommended: YesSafe, Clean, Spacious — My family and I love living here and we have a perfect amount of space. Property staff are friendly and amenities are great here The only complaint is that you can hear through the walls a bit but it's to be expected in most apartments.
