|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — It has been a really good experience so far at Highland Crossing. The staff is nice, maintenance is pretty quick on the upkeep, and we really can't hear our neighbors at all. The rent payment system is easy to use, all amenities are nice and well maintained.
The parking is a little harder if you have second vehicle, because availability of spaces varies on the time of night you are parking. And the spaces are skinny, so if someone parks even an inch or two less than perfect you either can't get into the space next to them. If you can get into the space, you occasionally have to think of creative ways to get into your car because the other person is parked so close.
Overall though, we have enjoyed our experience so far and have happily renewed our lease.

|Recommended: YesIt is a beautiful facility and grounds. — Music sound is loud from neighbors especially those who use a lot of bass. Can feel the vibrations. The layouts of the apts. are well designed. I was disappointed in mine as it does not have the pantry or extra drawers in the kitchen as I was shown in the model. The maintenance crew is wonderful and very responsive. The office staff is also very helpful and respectful.
Our Maintenance Techs take pride in their work and they do it with a smile! We appreciate you taking time to post this kind review and are glad you enjoy being a resident of Highland Crossing.

|Recommended: YesComfortable Living — Living in these apartments is very comfortable. You can barely hear the neighbors above you and the area, in general, is quite quiet and peaceful. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help you. We have very much enjoyed our time living here.
|Recommended: YesFine Place — I can hear my neighbors more than I'd like. Thank goodness I have a dedicated parking spot, otherwise parking would be a problem. Gate is often left open in the evenings. The maintenance crew do a wonderful job making sure the grounds look wonderful. People are really good about picking up their pet's waste. Garbage pickup is a nice amenity, as long as you follow their guidelines. Overall it's a nice place to live.
